We host Community Classes on a regular basis at various locations throughout town. Light-hearted and light on the pocket book, our casual, come-as-you-are classes are free of pretension and intimidation and open to anyone and everyone who wants to practice. In our yoga classes, you can expect to be surrounded by yogis of all ages, shapes, sizes and experience levels. Our goal is to create a welcoming practice space, whether you are new to yoga or a regular practitioner. Each class, you can expect a fun, quality and unique experience brought to you by one of our qualified and inspiring instructors. 
  1. If financial limitations do not allow you to spend this for a class, please inquire about our Karma Yoga program, where you can exchange some of your time and energy for class credits.
